The Christmas period during World War Two was often a time to see clubs scrambling around for players to make up the team, such was the informal nature of war-time rugby league. Bonas debuted for Featherstone as “Guest” against Oldham and also played in the Boxing Day derby against Castleford. Other than that, we have no information about him.
