Leeds centre Alex Sutcliffe came to Featherstone on Dual Registration at the start of the 2019 season, but unlike other here-today-gone-tomorrow signings, Sutcliffe played an important part in Rovers’ season, helping the side to an unlikely Grand final appearance. His 19 appearances brought him 16 tries, including one in the final against Toronto. His pace and strength were a real handful for Championship defences.
