Signed after trials, centre Brandan French played for Featherstone reserves in 2019, but his progress was halted when the team was abandoned. In 2020, he played a couple games for Leeds reserves under the Dual Registration system before making his Rovers first team debut off the bench against Barrow in the Challenge Cup. He was released at the end of that truncated season.
