Biography
With Jim Hunt, Keith Cotton and Ken Greatorex, there was plenty of competition for centre spots in the 1964/5 season. Youngster Bren Clayton was signed from York Imperial amateur club in May 1964 and received a few chances without doing enough to break into the first team squad.
