Dewsbury-born, Chris Annakin played prop for Wakefield for nine seasons. Small in stature, but an explosive runner, he had various loan spells, including one at Featherstone in 2014 where he endeared himself to the crowd with his straight running. He later moved to his hometown team Dewsbury.
