Originally from Leeds, winger Gareth Raynor made his name at Hull FC where over 100 tries in a nine year career brought him international honours in the shape of six Great Britain. His career was interrupted by off-field problems having been convicted of fraud, and after short spells at Crusaders and Bradford, he joined Featherstone in 2012. He showed touches of his class with three tries in four matches, but left the club after three months.
