London-born prop forward Iain Morrison signed for a Rovers team that was destined to dominate the 2010 season. After coming through the ranks at London Broncos, he had a notable career with Hull KR and Widnes, before joining up with Stuart Dickens, Tony Tonks and Ross Divorty to form an outstanding front-row combination. It was a blow when knee surgery ruled him out of the rest of the season that July, a problem that continued to bother him throughout 2011. At the end of that season, he moved to Halifax.

Morrison qualified for Scotland through his heritage and represented his country at the 2008 World Cup, winning a total of five caps.
