Australian front-rower Jayden Tanner joined Featherstone for the 2024 season after coming through the ranks at Canterbury Bulldogs, winning the Player of the Year award for their NSW Cup team and making 3 appearances in the NRL in 2023. After a delayed start as he got to full fitness, Tanner made his debut against Keighley in the Challenge Cup. With a combination of injury niggles and homesickness, Tanner failed to settle and after just one more substitute appearance, he returned home.
