Papua New Guinea international Larsen Marabe came to Featherstone with team-mate and compatriot Jessie-Joe Parker. After two tries on his debut against Rochdale, and a try in his second game against Hunslet, Marabe found it hard to nail down a place in the first team, losing out to Parker himself and Liam Welham. He continued to play, and score freely for the reserves until being released early from his contract.
