Biography
Centre Simon Jackson played six years at Batley, establishing himself in their first team. He moved to Featherstone in the middle of the 2001 season, as Rovers struggled for consistency in the three-quarter line. Early in 2002 Richard Newlove moved back to Rovers and Jackson moved on to Hunslet.
