Born into a strong rugby league playing family, Waine Pryce’s career started with six seasons at Castleford and a year at Wakefield before he joined newly promoted Featherstone Rovers in 2008. In two seasons on the flank at Rovers, he proved to be a popular player, with sufficient pace and upper body strength to make him a regular scorer, topping the try scoring charts with 16 in 2008. After leaving Rovers in 2009 he played at Hunslet and York. Late in his career he won representative honours when he played for Jamaica.
