Wakefield born prop forward Yusuf Aydin made his Super League debut for his home town team in 2020. After a number of loan spells, he signed for Hull KR in 2023 from where he joined Featherstone on loan in April 2023 at the same time as Albert Vete from Castleford. He made his debut off the bench on Good Friday at Batley. He played in the following game against London and was then released back to Hull KR. Featherstone's DR relationship with Hull KR saw Aydin return for three more matches in 2024 before his parent club sold him to Hull FC.

Qualifying by heritage to represent Turkey, Aydin made his international debut in 2019 against Malta.
